Commutators: edge 3-cycles

There are two varieties of basic edge commutators.

Variety #1

The first variety is the shortest, but in some cases can be longer than the second variety after conjugation.

Variety #2

The second variety of basic edge commutator is similar in structure to the basic corner commutators.
